November 7th, 2019: Complimentary Workshops: Team Optimization, Performance Management Best Practices, and Peer Coaching

Come meet Kwela!  Our complimentary workshops are designed to help HR and management professionals experience Kwela program content and learn more about the areas we can assist in.

The sessions in downtown Vancouver Thursday, November 7th are:

  • Session 1: 8:30am – Noon, Team Optimization – The ability to develop a strong sense of teamwork is a critical skill for leaders.  In fact, high performing teams may be one of the few sustainable advantages organizations can have.  This pared-down version of our 1-day Team Optimization facilitation will guide participants through Kwela’s intact team development process, which is based on Patrick Lencioni’s “5 Dysfunctions of a Team”.
  • Session 2:  1:00 – 2:30pm, Performance Management Best Practices – A strong performance management system creates an environment where everyone gives their best towards achieving the organization’s strategic goals.  This 90 min. session will help participants gain insights into current best practices and learn how to better engage employees through ‘best-in-class’ performance management system design.  Learning the key elements of a successful performance management system implementation / improvement initiative is also covered.
  • Session 3:  2:45 – 4:00pm, Peer Coaching – Experience the structure of our Peer Coaching Circles which combine the benefits of working with a trained coach with those of soliciting ideas from people who work in the same organization.  Learn how to use a specific technique to maximize idea generation and accountability, while being time and cost-effective.
