We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong emphasis on sales and business development to join our high-performing team.

Who You Are:

  • Business Development Leader – you have a proven ability to generate revenue through relationship-building and forming real connections. You are energized by the challenge of finding new business, growing accounts, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • High-Level Strategist – you lead discovery meetings that connect ideas to strategic outcomes, synthesize information to create value propositions, and negotiate high-impact contracts.
  • Dynamic Facilitator – you deliver engaging and transformative leadership training with confidence, clarity, and charisma. Your sessions are peppered with sharp insights, compelling stories, humour, and interactive dialogue.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinker – you bring innovative perspectives and business acumen to the table. You understand what drives growth, how to manage risk, and how to develop the right solutions.
  • Team-First Attitude – you collaborate with humility, communicate with respect, and step up to support your colleagues when needed.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • A demonstrated track record in sales, business development, or entrepreneurial ventures
  • A strong background in leadership training, facilitation, and consulting
  • Proven senior management and/or executive experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
  • A desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
  • Instinct to think and act like an owner

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with clients to assess needs and co-create solutions
  • Design and deliver leadership training sessions and workshops
  • Build and manage a book of business with revenue accountability
  • Help shape the strategic direction of Kwela through innovation and insight
