These complimentary workshops are open to HR and Management professionals so you can ‘meet Kwela’, participate in a learning event ‘hands-on’, and evaluate what Kwela has to offer.
- 8:30am-12:00pm – Critical Thinking & Problem Solving in the Age of AI
While AI can help us generate ideas, analyze information, and explore options faster than ever, it cannot replace sound human judgment, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making. During this ½-day workshop, we will explore practical tools and techniques for solving complex problems, identifying root causes, challenging assumptions, and making better decisions. Through interactive exercises and real-world applications, we will explore how to use AI as a thinking partner rather than an answer machine!
- 1:00-4:00pm – Adaptive Leadership
This session will introduce the core principles of adaptive leadership – leading in situations where there are no clear answers and where progress requires people to change how they think, work, and interact. The session will explore how leaders navigate complexity, uncertainty, and resistance while supporting others through change. Through discussion and practical exercises, the course will focus on building the capacity to stay grounded and progress through adaptive challenges
