Leading Self with Emotional Intelligence

Self-leadership means knowing who you are, recognizing your patterns of behaviour and what shapes them, and being able to manage emotions when working with others.  Old habits die hard – understanding who you are leads to a stronger ability to create new and empowering habits.

This workshop opens the doors to self-awareness by uncovering how life experiences and other factors inform who we are and how we relate to others.   It provides skills and knowledge for understanding and managing our emotions, so we can lead ourselves more effectively through different situations and foster positive relationships.

Testimonial

Our employees had many great things to say about their experience in Kwela’s Leading Self workshop and with the instructor.  [They cited it was] well planned, with a great use of tools and activities, and that the instructor was knowledgeable, engaging and enjoyable to learn from.  Participants recommended that all our employees should take this course – we look forward to bringing Kwela back to offer it again.
