Payment Options

We accept prepayment by credit card.  For bulk orders, we can send an invoice to your organization upon receipt of a company Purchase Order number (PO #).

We will reach out to you after you’ve Emailed us with your desired course topic(s) and date(s) to determine your preferred payment method.  We will register you by way of Outlook meeting request, which will contain the workshop details and Zoom link, once payment is confirmed.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy

If you would like to cancel attendance for a course, please Email us.

Please note the following fee schedule for cancellations received:

  • 15 or more calendar days in advance: full refund less $25 administration fee
  • 7-14 calendar days in advance: 50% of course fee
  • Less than 7 calendar days / No show: 100% of course fee
  • Substituting a colleague if you cannot make it: no charge*
  • If Kwela cancels a course for any reason: full refund

* To ensure your colleague receives the correct preparation work in time, please Email us immediately with contact details of your colleague, and the course title/date.
