This is a truly action-packed, hands-on way to learn about leadership at all levels. The group is broken into competing teams that must each work together to achieve a common goal using actual assembly hardware.
But it is not so simple – the executive team seems out of touch, construction bottlenecks abound, miscommunication is virtually assured, middle-managers look to their own teams and silos develop. Sound familiar? By experiencing a simulated leadership environment, participants learn iteratively about many aspects of leadership, where their own strengths are and where they are not.
Only by leading better and differently at all levels is the group able to succeed in achieving the goal.
