Action Learning
Action learning is a powerful leadership development activity that helps participants to refine their skills in the context of real-world business problems. We formalize action learning in our leadership development programs through a combination of:
- On-the-job assignments that are provided after each learning event, to be followed up on at the next event.
- Where feasible, a team-based approach whereby participants tackle organizationally strategic challenges over an extended timeframe and report back to the executive team.
