Join us for 1 or more of our complimentary workshops that showcase four of Kwela’s virtual training products.  These sessions are designed to help HR and management professionals experience Kwela program content via a virtual medium.

  • Tuesday, April 28th: Stress Management – The ability to confront and release stress is crucial in order to remain healthy and happy. Unresolved stress can negatively impact employee and team motivation, morale and performance.  Take stress management to a deeper level of awareness to understand root causes, the impact and what actions can be taken to minimize and release it. Based on our full day Stress Management workshop.
  • Tuesday, May 5thFacilitating Productive Meetings – People who run great remote and in-person meetings deliver better decision-making for the organization, are more productive with their time and the time of others.  Learn how to tackle meeting management challenges and apply best practices in this 3.5 hour session. Based on our 1-day Facilitating Productive Meetings workshop.
  • Tuesday, May 12thHigh Performance Team Member – Learn what it takes to play a constructive role as a member of a high performing team. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal skills such as advocacy, listening, conflict resolution and how to optimally contribute remotely. Based on our full day   High Performance Team Member workshop.
  • Tuesday, May 19th: Write to be Read – Though 80+% of organizational communication is written, we only read an average of 20 – 25% of it. More than ever, we need to be able to convey our message quickly in a way that it will be read. Learn the latest business writing best practices in this practical 3.5 hour session. You’ll need to be at a computer to get the most out of the exercises. Based on our 5-hour Write to be Read business writing workshop.
