Come meet Kwela! Our complimentary workshops are designed to help HR and management professionals experience Kwela program content and learn more about the areas we can assist in.
The sessions in downtown Vancouver Wednesday, June 5th are:
- Session 1: 8:30am – 12:00pm, Being Strategic – The ability to think, plan and orientate oneself strategically emerges as the attribute most highly correlated with leadership effectiveness. Robust strategic thinking and planning is most likely to align people and resources around things that have the biggest organizational impact. Learn methodology that begins with diagnosis, analysis and visioning, culminating in the development of actionable plans. (Based on our Being Strategic 1 day workshop).
- Session 2: 1:00 – 4:00pm, Influencing Skills – The acid test of a good plan is the willingness of others to implement it. Discover how leaders at all levels can learn how to overcome resistance to change by adapting ideas to others’ hot buttons – appealing to both logic and emotion, and by using effective structure to pitch new ideas. (Based on our 1 day Influencing Skills workshop).
Seating is limited to one person per organization (for HR and Management professionals only).
