Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
An excerpt from our full-day Critical Thinking & Problem Solving workshop, this 3.5 hour session will focus on the use of tools such as systems thinking, root cause analysis and brainstorming in the problem solving process.
Get Organized (Time Management)
Learn how to develop superior time management and organizational skills by implementing a simple, yet effective workflow system that is integrated with standard tools and technology such as Microsoft Outlook. (Based on our ½-day Get Organized workshop.)
For the last hour of the day, we will present key tips in the following areas:
- Performance management system do’s and don’ts
- Influencing strategically
- How to build self-awareness with leaders
- How to promote the right people
- Leadership development best practices
